LIFE AFTER CORONA- THE NEW CHALLENGES

Pandemic of Covid 19 is showing different state of affairs, different colors, different politics, different economic and financial conditions throughout the world. World's richest will remain richest or world's strongest will remain strongest, is a big question today??

Many equations of life and life management will change. Any individual whether industrialist, CEO, worker, educationist, students, daily wage earner or house wife; everybody's life is going to change in a big way. It you want to remain safe, healthy and LIVE then you have to adapt to changing situations else you are bound to face severe consequences.
We have to realise that
1. Covid-19 may go but its variants may remain for long, therefore all measures like keeping safe distance and keeping mask may continue for years.
2. Our physical, mental and emotional immunity is the key to make ourselves stronger. We have to adopt means to make our physical body stronger through asan, yoga, pranayam and meditation. To make mental and emotional body stronger, we have to resort to pure means of managing our conscience, belief system, thoughts through devotional, spiritual and conscious path of living.

Water pollution3. Connecting with nature will solve many of today's problem. Pollution can only be addressed if we move closer to nature. Pollution is created by industries, vehicles, electro-magnetic transmission in many ways and that has to be dealt with having rural industries. Reforming rural sector is most critical at this moment of time. Rural industries will pave way for generating more avenues for employment as well producing products which will lessen the pollution also.

4. Work from home will become a culture. One has to adapt healthy techniques to maintain good physical, mental and emotional health while we work from home. Most of the organisations will switch over this new culture. We may need different ways of appraisal in such situations. Keeping the workers motivated will be a big challenge and will need to be evolved ways to keep their motivation and energy level high. online training will need to be modified and need to be delivered for new competencies, skills and attitudes.

5. In time to come ways and means of imparting education must change. Micro-learning and adaptive learning has to be mobile friendly and therefore use of AI in this direction will be a great challenge. Micro-learning i.e. learning using smaller chunks are not only easier to employ, but they improve learners' retention levels—a learning manager's dream! With long modules, learners are more likely to get bored and lose engagement, therefore learning modules have to be redesigned. Even the techniques of assessment of leaning will need to be innovated so that intrest towards learning is maintained.
Now let us initiate making changes in our life-style management so as to remain healthy and happy in days to come.

Live healthy, die safe

Open your joy channel
If you are most times in pains, you tend to have your pain channels open and as a result pain becomes the natural flow of emotions for any reaction. Your brain, in that case simply understands pains, pains and only pains. So it receives pain signals and delivers pain signals. Joy channel or happiness channel become foreign to it. 

So if you are impulsive, aggressive, agitated and angered most of the time then be sure that your pain delivering neurological gateway are wide open. Your body tend to discharge harmful chemicals and poisonous matter as a result of mind-body interactions of pain and misery. Even a little anxiety becomes the source of ignition to those active neurotransmitters capable to release poison in the body. This also clogs many pathways and seal many happiness channels. The important point to bring good health to you is open up the happiness channels.
The joy channels and happiness channels become dormant. Each cell of the body responds to signals from brain through these neurotransmitters. If cells are happy and healthy, you will remain happy and healthy. But if these cells have to receive only poison all the time they will become weak and fragile. They die faster than their normal life-span and as a result your body starts ageing faster than its natural course of ageing.

If you want to remain happy and healthy and want to die peacefully, you will have to keep your cells happy and healthy. And for that, most important action you have to do is to train your mind to convert the pain channels to neutral channels first and later recharge these channels as pleasure channels. Reopening is an exercise that needs to be carried out and practiced regularly in life, else your body will forget feel good feelings and you will end up in a diseased state. There is absolutely “No no no” medicine t
o open up happiness channels except for neurotransmitters to be awakened, recharged and reactivated. Pranayam and meditation are the practices need to be adapted as part of daily life to find a way for rejuvenation. These practices are need to be learned from the masters who know the science and art of pranayam and meditation. A word of caution- ЁЯдФ Never fall victim to hacks and quacks otherwise you will end up cursing me. ЁЯдЧ..

The self management is key to life. Self management includes management of our physical, mental and emotional health. We are guided by thousands and thousands emotional thoughts in our daily life. One positive emotion gives a sense of joy and happiness whereas one negative thought takes us into a gloomy world. Each thought put the immune system into action and thousands and may be millions of chemicals are pumped into our system. These chemicals are responsible for our emotional management. More positivism means more good chemicals and more negativity means more negative chemicals. Its a personal choice to design quality of life. Your thought process guides the mind-body connection and as the connection become permanent our life becomes what we intend to. The total health as perceived by us can provide us the kind of potential we want to excel in our life.
