Are you discharged??

It irritates when you are on a call and the mobile battery suddenly goes off or you have to reach a meeting point in hour and on the way you found that your car is low on fuel and there is no gas station en route. Same things happen when we need to finish the task but we are low on energy. It is hard to understand the depletion of our energy but it is equally important to understand if we really want to get charged. Theoretically, we should have 100% energy when we wake up in the morning but the leakages caused by the our own limiting beliefs lower the potential. Anxiety, irritation, impulsiveness, being overcautious, becoming reactive, doubtful or being emotional create  leakages in the bucket of our potential. If this continues for long our body becomes weak and diseased. How can I get rid of energy depletion?

One must understand that our potential is composed of our physical strength, mental strength and emotional strength. The mental and emotional strength play vital role in total potential, we have. Most of the energy depletion takes place because of poor mental and emotional status. Feeling tired, unable to link thoughts or unable to concentrate, not getting right words in right time, etc. are some of the indicators of poor mental health. Emotional health relates to being confident or lost confidence; committed or non-committed; enthusiastic or have a poor start-up; passionate or illusive; sensible or impulsive; and empathetic or intolerant; etc. Being emotional certainly does not mean being sympathetic, weepy, sorry for oneself, joyless, touchy, sadistic, etc. Emotional strength is the key strength and major part of our potential. 90% of our energy depletion takes place because of poor mental and emotional health.
To enhance potential one has to understand the process of building up good mental and emotional health. Only life-style make-over can bring permanent and sustainable changes.

Physical exercises; yoga or asans are essential to clear the blockages caused by harmful chemicals over the years. Pranayam is also essential to cleanse the  circulatory system and empower the blood cells to remove accumulated toxins within the body. And then doing meditation may help in recharging the brain cells. You must learn asans and pranayam from the experts. Without their practise, the meditation has no effect on the mind and body. Researches have proved that meditation not only deeply impact the emotional health, but also strengthen the immune system and helps in bringing positive sustainable change in one's potential.

You see, what you want to see.

We are guided by thousands and thousands emotional thoughts in our daily life. One positive emotion gives a sense of joy and happiness whereas one negative thought takes us into a gloomy world. Each thought put the immune system into action and thousands and may be millions of chemicals are pumped into our system. These chemicals are responsible for our emotional management. More positivism means more good chemicals and more negativity means more negative chemicals. Its a personal choice to design quality of life. Your thought process guides the mind-body connection and as the connection become permanent our life becomes what we intend to.

Emotional management is the management of emotions and feelings with quality thoughts for physical, mental and emotional well being in one's life. Emotional well being determines the quality of life.
So you see, what you want to see and what you see is that you believe.
