Is Pandemic pressure killing you?? 
We are amidst a most traumatic situation caused by this pandemic, probably occurred never before. Uncertainties and negativity is dominant and is visible everywhere. Relaxing a mind is this situation is like saving ourselves from heat while sitting close to fire. It looks impossible…!!!! isn’t it???

But it is the need of the hour to find a valid, reliable and feasible solution to relax our minds during this crises. One has to understand the process, how mind relaxes and one has also to understand that all brains are different. That means, every brain will have its unique process, method or strategy of relaxation and therefore everyone has to adapt suitable strategy as per his own requirement. Second thing which we need to understand is that, the brain is a physical entity and mind is an energy entity. We call mind as मन, चेतना या प्राणस्वरूप. Mind remains in constant dynamic state means it is never steady. The dynamic state of mind depends upon the strength of mind. If mind is stronger, it will not be affected by uncertainties and negativity. But if the mind is unstable or weak, it will fall back to every situation, event or episode and become further weak. The connections of brains and immunity of the body therefore depends upon the strength of mind. Stronger the mind, stronger will be the brain and immunity, and weaker the mind, poorer will be the brain and immunity of the body.
I have tried to explain the relationship of brain and mind in a simple and subtle way. One has to weigh his/her own state of mind to develop his/her own strategy, method or relaxation. Each brain can be trained and its connections can be rewired. This is a time taking process but anyone looking to adapt such change has to begin it one day in his/her life-time. I would request you go through this article to understand relationship of your thoughts, mind, body chemistry and rewiring of brain.
Now moving forward, how to choose a suitable method for relaxation?
  1. Don’t indulge with situations, events, discourses either physically, mentally or emotionally which lead to thoughts of negativity.
  2. Use yoga, asan, aerobics, dance or any other technique to relax each part of the body.
  3. Adapt light diet which is easily digestible and increase fluid intake.
  4. Use meditative techniques to relax the mind. There are hundreds of techniques for meditation.
  5. Keep on using 1 to 4 as your mind relaxes and brain starts rewiring till you start realising the benefits of mind relaxation.
You have billions of live cells which make-up your body. A few million cells die every minute and a depression, anxiety, body chemistryfew million take birth every minute. The cells which die are more in numbers over those which take birth, and that is how you get aged. Cells die faster if you remain anxious, angry, aggressive, sad and depressed. So the million dollar solution is to retard the death of cells. “if your cells remain happy, they won’t die faster” and this is the solution of relaxation.
It looks difficult but it is not impossible.

कविता - क्या मैं हूँ, क्या मैं नहीं

क्या मैं हूँक्या मैं हूँ नहीं??
समझ आज भी नहीं पाताक्या मैं हूँ या क्या मैं हूँ नहीं। 
पूछता हूँ अपने आप सेक्या मैं हूँ सही या मैं सही नहीं। 

उहापोह थी तब ज़िंदगी कीजो भागती जा रही थी बड़ी रफ़्तारें से,
वो सारे स्टेशन छूट गयेकरना था जिनका दीदार बड़े एतबार से।

दर्द झलकता है जब पटल परभरा मन और भीग जाती हैं पलकें कभी,
सवाल कौंधता है बार बार मन मेंक्या मैं सही हूँ या मैं सही नहीं। 

वक्त लेता है इम्तहान बड़ाबेवक्त की अनगढ़ चुनौतियाँ कर के खड़ी,
टटोल कर ढूँढना पड़ता है अपने वज़ूद कोक्या मैं हूँक्या मैं हूँ नहीं। 

कभी लगता हैभाग कर जा पहुँचूँ फिर उन्हीं वक्त के स्टेशनों पर मैं,
ढ़ूँढू उन गुमे हुए चेहरों कोऔर खुशनसीब हो जाऊँ उन को फिर लगाकर मैं।

पर असल में ऐसा कुछ होता है नहींजो होता है सहीदिखता है वही,

भावनाओं को छोड़ पगलेआत्मबल से पूछ अपने वो है सही या है नहीं 
भरोसा कर अपने आप परतू जो है नहींवो नहीं और जो हैवही है सही। 

LIFE AFTER CORONA- THE NEW CHALLENGES

Pandemic of Covid 19 is showing different state of affairs, different colors, different politics, different economic and financial conditions throughout the world. World's richest will remain richest or world's strongest will remain strongest, is a big question today??

Many equations of life and life management will change. Any individual whether industrialist, CEO, worker, educationist, students, daily wage earner or house wife; everybody's life is going to change in a big way. It you want to remain safe, healthy and LIVE then you have to adapt to changing situations else you are bound to face severe consequences.
We have to realise that
1. Covid-19 may go but its variants may remain for long, therefore all measures like keeping safe distance and keeping mask may continue for years.
2. Our physical, mental and emotional immunity is the key to make ourselves stronger. We have to adopt means to make our physical body stronger through asan, yoga, pranayam and meditation. To make mental and emotional body stronger, we have to resort to pure means of managing our conscience, belief system, thoughts through devotional, spiritual and conscious path of living.

Water pollution3. Connecting with nature will solve many of today's problem. Pollution can only be addressed if we move closer to nature. Pollution is created by industries, vehicles, electro-magnetic transmission in many ways and that has to be dealt with having rural industries. Reforming rural sector is most critical at this moment of time. Rural industries will pave way for generating more avenues for employment as well producing products which will lessen the pollution also.

4. Work from home will become a culture. One has to adapt healthy techniques to maintain good physical, mental and emotional health while we work from home. Most of the organisations will switch over this new culture. We may need different ways of appraisal in such situations. Keeping the workers motivated will be a big challenge and will need to be evolved ways to keep their motivation and energy level high. online training will need to be modified and need to be delivered for new competencies, skills and attitudes.

5. In time to come ways and means of imparting education must change. Micro-learning and adaptive learning has to be mobile friendly and therefore use of AI in this direction will be a great challenge. Micro-learning i.e. learning using smaller chunks are not only easier to employ, but they improve learners' retention levels—a learning manager's dream! With long modules, learners are more likely to get bored and lose engagement, therefore learning modules have to be redesigned. Even the techniques of assessment of leaning will need to be innovated so that intrest towards learning is maintained.
Now let us initiate making changes in our life-style management so as to remain healthy and happy in days to come.
