Comfort zone is a place that restrict me to think out of box. I grew because I dared to cross my comfort zone all the time.

 We think our students can not learn unless I (teacher) teach them. I am seriously mistaken, they already know much more than I do. Only thing, I have a board to dictate my terms, where as they have their fantasy to excel.

Give them a board and see, they can do wonders. Never teach them. Just open up the platform for them, they can learn on their own.
